Neighborhood Health Association Rebrand
The Neighborhood Health Association does incredible work, putting quality healthcare in reach for people throughout the community. As their mission continues to spread and their capacities continue to grow, they recognized the need for an all-new brand identity. Concentrek developed a whole new look for this forward-thinking organization and then built a website that reflects the great work they do.
After spending time with the Neighborhood Health Association’s leadership team and caregivers in conference rooms and care facilities across the area, it was clear to Concentrek that the healthcare association’s brand could work harder to reflect its position as an organization offering top quality care. The result was a modern logomark featuring a dynamic color palette and other art elements representing NHA’s diverse and growing patient base.
A key objective of the redesign the Neighborhood Health Association website centered around delivering a user experience that ensured patients receive easy access to the treatment options most relevant to their needs. The other objective was to make sure the brand promise was clear throughout and that the website itself was a representation of quality—working to instill confidence in patients that they will receive the best care, regardless of their ability to pay.
Social Media Support
The Concentrek content marketing team extended elements of the new NHA brand identity into graphically rich content that was optimized for distribution across patient-facing social channels. The result was an increase in Facebook followers and related website traffic.
Photoshoot Art Direction
Concentrek identified the need for NHA to own a library of original photography that aligns perfectly with the new brand. The team directed a series of onsite photography sessions to professionally illustrate how the care facilities and patient-caregiver interactions of NHA shift common perceptions of what a community healthcare organization is all about.
