Client Services Coordinator

In this role, you will support senior-level account executives and the content marketing department in the everyday management of communications and project work for an automotive-focused client. This currently is a remote work opportunity, with the potential for mandatory in-person work at our headquarters in Toledo, OH.


  • Assist with internal administrative production and billing tasks related to client project work and ongoing programs
  • Support management of multi-channel promotional campaign production by directly coordinating and communicating, as necessary, with all relevant touch-points including the agency, the client, third-party vendors and end users/customers
  • Support management of customer requests via social media channels through ongoing communication with the client, customers and internal agency team, as relevant
  • Complete ongoing industry research and automotive trends research and relay pertinent information to the agency
  • Manage archiving of files, as well as ongoing file management, for an organized project structure
  • Support client presentations and client meetings by assisting with presentation development


  • Base-level understanding of current strategic content marketing and channel marketing approaches
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organization skills
  • Personal accountability for work with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and writing
  • Collaborative, team player
  • 1-2 years of client services experience is preferred but not required

Media Performance Analyst

In this role, you will gather and analyze data to help guide and validate agency strategic and tactical initiatives against the goals of our clients. This is a remote work opportunity with an option to join our team in person at our headquarters in Toledo, Ohio.


  • Use metrics and data to develop actionable insights
  • Collaborate with the agency account team to define KPIs and establish attribution
  • Collect and aggregate data across multiple platforms for a comprehensive viewpoint—Google Analytics, media vendor reports, as well as specific client research 
  • Direct and work alongside agency account team, media manager and digital development team to optimize internal processes for reporting and collection of actionable data
  • Lead production and assist in the presentation of client-facing performance reports 
  • Collaborate with agency account team and digital development team on data and dashboard visualization requirements, attribution reporting and scenario modeling
  • Analyze and report on trend data across campaigns and across clients
  • Drive the use of 1st and 3rd party customer data  
  • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies
  • Establish testing plans across relevant channels 
  • Drive implementation and knowledge transfer of latest trends in the customer data, reporting automation and attribution spaces


  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in economics, business, behavioral science, statistics or equivalent relevant degree
  • 3+ years of experience in media data analytics within an agency or marketing organization
  • Proven in the development of actionable insights  
  • Expertise in digital media platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, LinkedIn, Google Campaign Manager) and social listening/reporting platforms (SEMRush, Sendible)
  • Proficiency with site analytics tools, Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
  • Experience in data-oriented programing is a plus
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Collaborative, team player
